İf you have "bX Error Messages" when you want upload new xml template, try this solutions:

Deleting cookies on your web browsers.
*For Internet Explorer
Select “Tools” from your browser menu
Select “Internet Options”.
Open the “General” tab.
In “Browsing history” area click the “Delete” button.
In “Delete browsing history” window click“ Delete cookies” button and then click “Yes”.
Click Close and then click OK.
*For Firefox 3.x
Select “Tools” from the browser menu
Choose “Clear Private Data”
Check the “Cookies” box
Click the “Clear private data now” button
*Safari 2.x, 3.x
Open Safari and go to Safari | Preferences.
Click Security.
Click Show Cookies.
Click Remove All.
And try to upload xml file again. Usually, this solution that works for every bX error.
